At an early age, Leroy had a job which forced him to appreciate life as he witnessed things that has shaped him in everything he does. Being an Undertaker was an incredibly rewarding job even if he saw more darkness than he was legally allowed too at the Cinema.
At the age of 20, Leroy embarked on his career in the entertainment industry with an array of experiences both on stage and behind the camera, with credits ranging from WWE, ITV, BBC and PARAMOUNT.
Leroy quickly became one of the UK’s top professional Wrestlers for over 10 years when he had a televised match for WWE at the O2 arena, it was then that Leroy realised that he wanted to be the creator of his own destiny, and transferred his experience on stage into his love for writing, directing and acting.
Wanting to express his storytelling creativity, he founded Nocturnal Pictures in 2014 and has since written and directed several short films, music videos, and has successfully completed his debut feature film “The Last Rite”.
With a distinctive style, dark vision and thought evoking take on story narrative, Leroy is currently building a slate of genre movies fitting for what his imagination can create in a dark cinematic universe.
Following the success of the world premiere of The Last Rite, Leroy was nominated for the Screen International “Genre Rising Star” Award for his debut feature film.
